FAQ
Do I need to be in Prague?
No. Many of our clients live abroad. We handle everything under a power of attorney and communicate by e-mail or messenger.
What if the tenant doesn’t pay?
We monitor payments continuously. If a payment is late we contact the tenant immediately and our lawyer steps in if needed.
How fast do you handle repairs?
Emergencies the same day. Regular repairs within a few days, always with your approval above an agreed limit.
Can I end the management at any time?
Yes, the management contract has a one-month notice period.
